We believe you should have every opportunity to understand the investments, risks, rewards and implications of the products, services and life planning strategies offered to you by The GoalsGuy® and each of our subsidiary companies.

This client "Bill of Rights" has been created to address the concerns and challenges arising from online marketing. Our goal is to gain your trust and confidence when doing business with The GoalsGuy.

Our philosophy goes well beyond the primary objective of just helping you to set and achieve a goal. While there is no doubt that this is an important objective for you, we want to be your partner for life as it pertains to all of your goal-setting and planning needs.

A Clients Bill of Rights

• You have the right to superior levels of service delivered in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
• You have the right to expect the highest standards of product quality.
• You have the right to expect and receive more value than what you pay for.
• You have the right to work with a trustworthy professional who is competent in planning and goal-setting strategies.
• You have the right to expect privacy and complete confidentiality.
• You have the right to expect concerns or errors to be addressed and, when necessary corrected immediately.

A Clients Roster of Responsibilities

• You have a responsibility to be forthcoming about your current situation. We can only help, and you can only help yourself when the information you provide is true and accurate.
• You have a responsibility to engage in thoughtful preparation and planning before taking action.
• You have a responsibility to take action on the plans you have made.
• You have a responsibility to understand that all growth is a process, thus keeping your expectations in check.
• You have a responsibility to teach and share what you have learned with others. You must give something back to the relationships and communities in which you live and work.
• You have a responsibility to achieve your goals and become all that you are capable of becoming. What’s the point of setting a goal, if you have no intention of achieving it?
